Carl Bizmarc is a creative hip hop head and coffee drinker out of the wild west that is Nevada.
Carl gets busy with the woodwork. For this tray, he used a double angle miter saw to rough cut the lengths of the wood.
He uses Poplar and/or Cherry Wood.
After he draws on the wood, he uses an air compressor powered die grinder. He slaps a burr bit on and gets busy. And when he gets to detailing the design, he pulls out a dremel tool with a fine burr bit to match.
If you thought he was done with the tool time, wrong.
Carl uses an oscillating tool with a carbide grit grinding tool to begin smoothing the surfaces.
Then he gets to sanding. And after sanding, he places the tray on his router table and cuts the rounded edges into the bottom of the tray and then sands it smooth to prepare for the painting process.
Carl puts approximately 15 hours of work into each of these.
And now you can have one to call your own.
Each tray is made to order.
